Guy Durosier was a Haitian bandleader, vocalist, and organ player who Edith Piaf once referred to as "The living breath of Haiti". Born in 1932, he was a musical talent from an early age and played in several local groups. He became very popular in Haiti after the creation of his own band some time in the late 1940s, being renowned across South, Central, and North America. He proceeded to have a very successful career, but died early at 68 of complications from pulmonary cancer. As of posting, there are no other copies of this record posted on Youtube.
